The Strokes – Heart In A Cage (CD Review)

The familiar Strokes sound is unleashed on the singles chart once again with this follow up to ‘Juicebox’ and another track to be taken from ‘First Impressions Of Earth’. The unmistakable mumbling vocal and almost entirely unwavering backing will be something you either love or, like me, will have got a bit tired of by now.

‘Heart In A Cage’ is a good track, don’t get me wrong. It is just that all the songs pretty much sound the same and if I wasn’t paying attention I don’t believe I could pick this one from a line up of other tracks from The Strokes.
