Sons And Daughters – Johnny Cash/Hunt (CD Review)

Glasgow’s mean and moody country blues rockers Sons And Daughters have a new double A-side of foot stomping rock and roll. ‘Johnny Cash’ combines solid guitars and a dark Scots drawl into a screamingly fiery number. ‘Hunt’, which does not appear on their excellent album ‘Love the Cup‘, has the feel of the Devil going down to Georgia but taking his electric guitar instead of a fiddle.

Sons And Daughters are currently touring across the UK before they begin an October tour supporting The Delgados.
