Mando Diao – You Can’t Steal My Love (CD Review)

The Swedish rockers Mando Diao return again with the last single before the release of their UK debut album ‘Hurricane Bar‘. ‘You Can’t Steal My Love’ is a bright and energetic rocker that brings to mind bands like the Libertines and some older acts like The Only Ones. The flow of the lyrics, the jangle of guitars, the twiddly solo, rocking bass and solid beats all combine into an uplifting romp that is a catchy as hell sing-a-long. Having taken Sweden by storm and been lauded heavily in the States, Mando Diao seem set to take over the world and I can’t wait for it!
