Little Man Tate – This Must Be Love

Little Man Tate release their brilliant new single This Must Be Love on 26th March 2007 on Yellow Van Records, This Must Be Love will be available on CD, 2×7″ vinyl and download and sees the band continuing to put together fantastic single packages with three exclusive new tracks – Self Appreciation Club, Too Quick To Type and Hello Miss Lovely, So You Like My Jeans – featuring over the three formats.

This Must Be Love is one of the many highlights of Little Man Tates recently released debut album About What You Know. NME described the band as bouncy, brassy and destined for greatness while The Guardian proclaimed they will be huge and The Sun summed up About What You Know as an album to warm the cockles of your heart. Meanwhile Mojo described the band as an exhilarating combination equal parts Pulp and The Jam, but with an economy that makes them both look oblique and grandfatherly, while their contemporaries suddenly seem a little shallow.

In addition, Little Man Tate are set to bring the much loved Nana Royle back from the grave. The BAFTA Award winning Liz Smith (who plays Nana in the award winning comedy series) will star as a gran alongside the band in the video to This Must Be Love.

Meanwhile Little Man Tate kicked off their current UK tour by supporting Babyshambles at their Brixton Academy NME Awards Show. With gigs on the 15 date tour selling out across the country, the bands London headline show at the Mean Fiddler has now been upgraded to the 2000 capacity Astoria while the band will also play two sold out hometown shows at Sheffields 1500 capacity The Plug,
