Aberfeldy – Summer’s Gone (CD Review)

The sweetly off kilter sounds of Aberfeldy never fail to raise a smile with me. There is a silliness and a Joy in their music that’s infectious and beguiling. ‘Summer’s Gone’ is no exception to this as the playful tune, reminiscent of a folk rendition of the music from a Spectrum game, plinks its reggae-like way along as the bright vocals lift the whole track.

Aberfeldy are on tour right now. You have missed a couple of dates but can catch them here if you are lucky.
