Delays to release Nearer Than Heaven

Southampton’s Delays release a new single “Nearer Than Heaven” through Rough Trade Records on March 22nd. This is the follow up to their top twenty hit “Long Time Coming ” which came out in January. “Quiet” and a live version of “Long Time Coming” back up the single. The single band will be releasing their long awaited debut album “Faded Seaside Glamour” on April 5th.

The band spent most of last year on the road supporting the likes of Tim Burgess, The Coral & The Thrills. They have also just confirmed the NME Brit pack tour, which begins at the end of March. The band have already sold out the ULU on March 31st, and the first of 2 Astoria gigs on May 13th/14th.
