Rolling Stones announce support

A spokeswoman for Keith Richards, Fran Curtis, has denied those reports that
the Rolling Stone requires brain surgery after his alleged fall from a
coconut tree, saying that “he’s feeling good and in good spirits”. As
previously reported, the accident occurred in Fiji, where Richards received
treatment for a mild concussion before flying to New Zealand for a brain
scan. The Rolling Stones are due to begin the European leg of their world
tour in Barcelona on 27 May. Curtis said that the date would go ahead as
planned.
