Bob Dylan working on new album

Bob Dylan is working on material for a new album, his first collection of
new work in five years, according to reports. The singer songwriter is said
to have spent four days last week rehearsing material with an unidentified
band before heading into a NY city studio to begin recording.

Dylan and the five unnamed musicians were working on the new material at the
Bardavon Opera House in Poughkeepsie, New York State, according to local
paper The Poughkeepsie Journal. The venue’s director Chris Silva told the
publication: “It was experimental, all kinds of different licks. They would
get into one thing and they would go over it and over it, then they would
change gears.”
