The Late Night Tales series – ‘musical-influences-based’ compilation albums programmed by artists as diverse as Jay Kay, The Flaming Lips and Four Tet, in case you’ve been asleep for the past few years – is to go live as, starting 20 Nov, the people behind the series will be hosting regular
sessions at the Lock Tavern in Camden.
The first event will feature Glasgow born producer Howie B, who compiled the second Late Night Tales album. The organisers hint that further ‘favourites’ are set to appear at the Lock to divulge their interests and influences, but for now here are the details of the first one: Takes place on Sunday 20 Nov from 3.30pm to 10.30pm at the aforementioned Lock Tavern, featuring Howie B plus late night residents. Entry is free! Hurrah!
