Holly Golightly Gigs and Album News

Holly was to the 90s what Marianne Faithfull was to the 60s and having now
been immortalised in the Stripes’ Elephant LP and her very own Truly She is
None Other album (Damaged Goods, 2003) she is rightfully in the public eye.
Starting her career as a founding member of classic all girl garage band
Thee Headcoatees in 1991 – whose songs were infamously penned by Brit legend
Billy Childish – four years later her solo debut The Good Things arrived – a
heady blend of electric blues, folk rock and the less frantic side of rock n
roll. Friend and collaborator with fellow luminaries such as Mudhoney and
Rocket From The Crypt over the intervening years, she now preparing for the
release of her brand new as-yet-untitled album her 12th to date in July
2004.

See her live as part of Les Femmes S’en Melent at the ICA and as support to
Mudhoney in May

  • 15-May Bullingdon Arms, Oxford
  • 31-May Astoria, London (as support to Mudhoney)
